Clear Intel Group (“CIG”) is an independent GSA catalog data hygiene service operated by SOLONY LLC, Fort Washington, Maryland. We provide description refinement and image sourcing services exclusively for GSA Multiple Award Schedule contractors.
What information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and approximate product count. We do not collect payment information through our website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run ads.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, email delivery).
GSA catalog data
When you engage CIG for catalog remediation, you may provide us with your GSA product data including product names, descriptions, part numbers, manufacturer names, and images. This data is used exclusively to perform the work you hired us for. It is not stored beyond the engagement, not shared with any third party, and not used for any other purpose.
Email communications
If you receive an email from CIG, it is because your contact information is publicly available through GSA eLibrary, SAM.gov, or USAspending.gov — all public government databases. Every CIG email includes an unsubscribe option. We honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.
Your rights
You may request that we delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing us at the address on our contact page. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
